We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you at our own expense. You shall not enter into any settlement agreement which affects the rights of any of the Indemnified Parties or requires the taking of any action by any of them without our prior written approval.

Representations and Warranties

Users and Customers hereby indemnify and hold harmless Block Adventure SRL and the publishers (including their successors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns) from and against all claims, loss, liability, damage, and expense of any nature (including attorneys’ reasonable fees), in connection with the advertisement URL and its linked websites, for any actual or alleged breach of any term of this agreement.

Damages

In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits arising thereunder or from the provision of services.

Payments

All Block Adventure SRL services and Guest Posts can be acquired via multiple payment methods such as Credit/Debit card through Revolut Payment Processor, Wire or Bank Transfer, Paypal, or cryptocurrency through uTrust Payment Processor.

Guest Post Terms and Conditions

Before sending us your article, ensure it meets these terms and guidelines. 

• The article must not violate other copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
• The article must not include unlawful, hateful, or threatening language.
• The article must not contain profanity, offensive, or vulgar language.
• The article must be SEO-friendly.
• The article can only include relevant pictures and videos with the proper attributions, permissions to use, or other related licenses.
• All links within the article must be relevant to its theme and content.
• Use authoritative sources when backing up factual information.
• All factual data must be valid and evidence-based, with links to the original research.

Community Profile

Please make sure your profile has the following:

•     A photo of yourself
•     A brief biography (no more than 200 words)
•     A link to your website
•     Links to your social media channels

Once your article is accepted for publishing, it will appear on the website with the information you provide. Therefore, please ensure it is accurate and truthful.

Review process

We strive to review and publish all submitted articles within 24h. However, due to the substantial number of article submissions we regularly receive, we may publish it with a slight delay. Therefore, please be patient and wait for your article to be published. 

Remember that we do not accept all the articles we receive. We reserve the right to refuse any piece of content without providing an explanation, text analysis, or suggestions. We will only get in touch with you to confirm our decision.

All articles must be plagiarism free. If an article has been published elsewhere before submitting it to https://testca.gosite.ro, you must place the source link at the bottom of the article. Any article that has plagiarism without the source link will be deleted, and your account may be terminated for violating this rule. You will also not be entitled to a refund. 

Article Publishing

Your article will not be published instantly after we accept it. Instead, it will enter the publication queue and go live according to our publishing schedule. You will receive a notification when your article gets published on our website. Additionally, we may republish your article on affiliate and partner websites without necessarily notifying you. If you apply for a verification badge, we will do our best to publish your article within 1h. 

We reserve the right to modify and correct the article as we see fit. For example, we may change its format, wording, spelling, etc.

Promotion and Engagement

We may promote your article after its publication to reach a larger audience. To this end, we may include it in newsletters, social media posts, or other announcements linking back to our website. If you do not hold the authority to legally bind that entity, or if you do not agree with these guidelines, terms, limits, conditions, rights, instructions, or obligations, you must not accept this Agreement. In this case, you should not submit any articles as they will not be taken into consideration for publishing.

When submitting an article for publishing on our website, you acknowledge the fact you have read, analyzed, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms, conditions, rights, and obligations in this Agreement and that it governs your article submissions and publications. Additionally, you understand this Agreement is a contract between you and CryptoAdventure, even if it is electronic and not physically signed by you.

Independent Contractor Status

By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you understand and agree to act as an independent contractor. Nothing included in this Agreement can or shall be interpreted as the creation of a partnership, joint venture, part-time or full-time employment.

You are not an employee of Block Adventure SRL, and nor shall you be considered that way as per this Agreement. Therefore, you do not have the right or obligation to attend employee meetings, plans, arrangements, or distributions within Block Adventure SRL. You will not represent Block Adventure SRL in any shape or form, and you must not act as an agent or representative of Block Adventure SRL. You are strictly forbidden from providing services under the name of Block Adventure SRL or as an employee, agent, or representative of Block Adventure SRL.

As per this Agreement, you are not allowed, under any circumstances, to:

(i) Enter into any agreements on behalf of Block Adventure SRL.

(ii) Incur any obligations on behalf of Block Adventure SRL.

(iii)Act for or to bind Block Adventure SRL in any way.

(iv) Sign the name of Block Adventure SRL.

(v) Represent that Block Adventure SRL is in no way responsible for your acts or omissions.

(vi) Refer to Block Adventure SRL as a customer, partner, employer, or employee in any manner or format.

(vii) Use our logo, brand, or name in a way implying or eluding that you and Block Adventure SRL form any type of partnership or that we endorse or support you, your website, your products, or services.

You must obtain express written permission to use the logos, brand information, trademarks, symbols, or other intellectual property that belong to Block Adventure SRL in any shape or form.

Intellectual Property Ownership

When sending an Article, you give away all its ownership rights to Block Adventure SRL and provide CryptoAdventure with a perpetual, irrevocable, global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, non-interchangeable, and fully sub-licensable right and license to reproduce, distribute, link to, publicly display, use, refer to, perform, do derivative works of or otherwise use the Article and its likeness in any form, context, media, or technology, currently known or later developed for any purpose, including commercial reasons.

Limitation of Liability

In no event or circumstances will Block Adventure SRL, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, official representatives, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of the content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) in any way caused, under any theory or form of liability, including (without limitation) contract, illegality, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, infraction, negligence or alternatively, even if and when the liable party has been averted as to the possibility of similar damages or could have predicted such damages to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. You assume all legal liability for the correctness, accuracy, scope, quality, and all potential outcomes of or relating to your Article.

Indemnification

As per this Agreement, you understand and agree to indemnify and hold Block Adventure SRL and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, official representatives, suppliers, and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, accusations, claims, legal or illegal actions, disputes, or demands supposititious against any of them as a direct result of or relating to your content post or Article, your use of our services or other misconducts on your part.

Severability

All the rights, conditions, obligations, and restrictions included in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary, so they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable.

If any provision or part of any provision of this Agreement shall be considered to be illegal, baseless, invalid, untrue, or unsanctioned by a court of competent jurisdiction, it becomes the parties’ intention for the remaining provisions or portions of it all to constitute their Agreement considering the subject matter hereof. Additionally, all such remaining provisions or portions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

Dispute of Resolution

The creation, formation, interpretation, adaptation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes originating from it shall be under the government of substantive and procedural laws of Romania, without concern for its rules on conflicts or law choice and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Romania. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the present subject matter shall be the courts located in Romania. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding coming out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UNCCISG) does not apply to this Agreement.

Assignments

You may not assign, resell, sub-license, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior and express written consent, which shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of all or significantly of its entire group of assets, stocks or as part of a merger venture.

Guest Post Refund Policy

All credits (i.e., articles) acquired are valid for 30 days. You can ask for a refund within 30 days, from the moment you place the order if the article hasn’t been published. You will not be entitled to a refund if the article has already been published. Any unused credits will be removed after 30 days you have purchased them; you won’t be able to use them after 30 days, and you must purchase additional credits to publish an article again.

We maintain the right to modify these terms and conditions at any moment without prior notice. When that happens, the date at the top of the current page is automatically updated. All updated versions of these terms and conditions become effective instantly with their posting.
